A third shot from Friday night. You might think all I took pictures of were kids, but really I took more of the band (you can see them all here, if you want), but the kids were have so much fun and what’s more photogenic than kids having fun — especially if she is wearing a sparkly green leotard and giant pink tutu.

Another shot of the band. I really like the way the girl (who I think is the lead singer’s daughter?) came out.

A friend of mine plays bass in a honky tonk band called Gas for Less. They played last Friday at Dexter Daze, this little girl was fascinated (with good reason, the band is really good — you can hear a few songs on Myspace).

Sorry about the lack of pictures last week. I was on vacation (from work, anyway). I took my camera cord home, thinking I might post while there, but no.

This picture was surprisingly difficult to get — bees flit from flower to flower really fast.
