Day 130. Bass Part.

I don’t know. I like the colors and the framing is ok, but because of the way the original is tilted, I rotated and cropped and am not thrilled with how much of the picture I had to chop off. Also, the focus isn’t has sharp as it could be.

Day 129. Snowy Benches

I like the framing on this well enough, but the background seems too busy, I may try it again with a more shallow depth of field. Also. I am in desperate need of color.

Day 128. Towers.

I tried this in Black and White, but in the end decided that I like the little bit of color that is there.

Day 127. Lost Glove.

By request of my friend, L. Someone taped a glove to the door of a stairwell. It’s a mystery.

Day 125. Snowflake.

Many years ago, each department in the institute where I work was given the task of decorating a room for our holiday party. Most departments had a budget, our did not, so we spent hours cutting out snowflakes and gluing on glitter (much as I wish it was, this wasn’t my idea). We ended up with enough to fill the room and it was very pretty. We held onto some of them and a few are hanging in my library.

Day 124. Bread.

Not the most exciting weekend for photography.

Day 123. Harry’s.

Oh, Harry’s. Ann Arbor’s former supplier of campers and troubled teenagers (where do they go for their army jackets, bags and combat boots now?) In this location’s place is a big hair salon. Very sad.

Day 121. Lines.

This is at the Harlan Hatcher Graduate Library. It is a very big, confusing place, which always struck me as rather subterranean (it isn’t). I don’t think these lines have any meaning anymore.
